We rent the guest house to one party at a time, by inquiry. Send your dates; we'll reply with availability and a total, usually the same day. No booking fees, no platform in the middle.

House notes
- Check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am. Earlier or later when we can.
- Up to 8 guests. Families welcome; the bunk room was built for kids.
- Dogs by arrangement — we have our own, so ask first.
- No events, no smoking indoors, no fireworks — it's ranch land in a dry valley.
- 50% deposit to hold dates; balance 30 days before arrival. Full refund up to 60 days out.
- Cleaning fee $350; Pitkin County lodging tax applies.
